I definitely will never buy again was having problems after my stuff got delivered in the rain got asked for pictures of my setup told me to stab the sub an they would send me out another 1 free after putting two ????holes in it to me they would take 10% or off my next order speaker was trashed
Best purchase I've done. Bought 3-12" DDX SUB, A TRIPLE SUB BOX AND A SKV2-3500. 1AMP FOR THOS SET UP. HOOKED IT UP AND ILL BE DAM. THIS SYSTEM BUMPS REALLY GOOD. DID THE BIG 3 UPGRADE AND THIS AMP DOESN'T GET HOT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SKAR PRODUCTS FOR YOU'RE SOUNDS. NO REGRETS WHATS SO EVER. OHH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCELLENT
I bought 2 brand new zvx 8ts direct from skar audio. Dual 2 ohm both subs wired down to 1.3 ohms together on good electrical.Pushing them with a 2500 orion xtr turned up a third of the way. They get so hot so quick and start smelling. Maybee 10 minutes tops play times taking breaks because the dust caps get so hot. Im afraid im gonna blow them, and im hardly even flexing them. They are brand new.
Customer service is 5 stars, shipping rates is 5 stars, quality of product is 5 stars. The amount of sales emails you send almost daily 1 star. You send waaaaay too many sales emails. I'm almost to the point of unsubscribing. Waaay too many for me. One to two a month max is all I need or want.
The emails are well put together. They focus on one product and force the viewer to click on whatever to learn more and put it in a shopping cart. That's done well, but done too often.
Maybe if the emails were more about install tips, absolute no-no's (We've all seen scary stuff from backyard installs), product reviews from the experts or professional installers, engineering advances, tech articles, company milestones, even letters from corporate. Building credibility wins me more than pushing products to absolute exhaustion. You can focus on one product in an email, but lets see it in action, hear installers talk about their experience, read what the pros say in their product review, tour a production company, see the engineering behind it then add a link to buy it.
I do a lot of recommendations and I do them based on what I described above. If I haven't had any experiences with the product, don't know anything about the company, then I can't honestly recommend it. Change the email content and frequency and I'll move to 5 stars.
I’m an audio dealer that tried to get an account and was ignored even after showing proof of location and all of the proper documentation ...
